Leading a team of 7, I worked with Iris the Dragon, a Canadian charity dedicated to improving mental wellness and reducing the stigma faced by those with mental illness. We worked on analyzing and providing evidence-based recommendations on how Iris the Dragon could foster sustainability and increase engagement while staying digitally savvy. Our goal to change the landscape for children and workplace mental health resulted in immediate implementation and a 36% increase in donations.

I employed a customer-centered design approach to develop a website and responsive designs. I developed a decision workflow that helped the team prioritize important tasks, ensuring coordination alignment and ultimately leading to an increased productivity rate and early completion of the project.
